OUR CLASSES
Sweatformer
A high intensity cardio style class with higher reps and shorter rest times. This class works the whole body, gets your heart rate up and guarantees that pilates shake.
Let’s get sweaty!
Gluteformer
Our Gluteformer class focuses on building a strong lower body. We’ll work your glutes, hamstrings, quads and of course, your abs!
The result: toned abs, sculpted legs and a peachy booty.
All Levels
The All Levels class is suitable for everyone, from a newbie to a long-term lover of the more classical pilates moves.
We layer each series to support you at your current level.
Intermediate
If you've been doing pilates for a hot minute and need a little more challenge, this class is for you! Think Teaser, Snake and all the advanced moves a Pilates gal/guy lives for.
Not for the faint-hearted or newbies!
Mat Pilates
Mat pilates will tone your whole body and help you build overall strength. We add a little spice and challenge to sequences with props such as; Pilates balls, weights, booty bands and Pilates rings.
Revive + Release
One blissful class for flexibility and recovery. Revive + Release offers you long hold stretches, chilled tunes, and even some massage therapist to help you relax and unwind. The perfect way to end your day.
